March 21, 2018 - One year ago today, the 1889 Jefferson Center for Population Health opened its doors for the first time. Since then, the Center has identified health priorities in the community and is now working to bring about positive change through collaboration, research, and education.
On March 8, 2018, the Conemaugh Diabetes Institute is offering a Diabetes Prevention Program class from 5 to 6 PM at 320 Main Street in Johnstown, PA. For more information call (814) 534 – 6800.
